Our story: bringing clarity to conflict
At Accord Mediation, we believe in the power of understanding. Led by Carolina, a qualified mediator who completed accredited Conflict Dynamics and Mediation Skills training in Dublin, she specialized in Family Mediation (separating/divorcing couples) and is a member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII), we offer professional, independent mediation services in Tullamore, Ireland.
Meet the mediator:
Originally from Brazil with Italian roots, Carolina trained in law in Brazil before relocating to Ireland, where she has gained extensive legal experience working in a solicitor’s office in Tullamore. In addition to English, Carolina speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and Turkish, which enables her to work with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, providing support with clarity and cultural sensitivity. Our mission is to provide a calm, confidential space where individuals can find balanced, practical resolutions.
Our journey to common ground
I became a mediator through my legal background and a strong belief that conflict does not have to be adversarial. Having seen how disputes can escalate through formal legal processes, I was drawn to mediation as a balanced and respectful alternative. What I value most is helping people feel heard, regain clarity, and find practical solutions that meet their needs. Mediation creates a safe space where understanding grows and lasting resolutions can be reached.

Our unique approach to resolution
Accord Mediation provides a calm, confidential, and balanced approach to resolving disputes. Combining legal insight with accredited mediation training, Carolina creates a safe space where people feel heard and supported. Every mediation is tailored to achieve fair, practical, and lasting outcomes.
